Warranty Policy:
1. The E-Stop Splitter from Lone Star Lasers has two years warranty service (from the date of purchase),when applying for warranty, need to show warranty card and original purchase voucher.
2. During the warranty period, Lone Star Lasers will provide free maintenance for customers, but for out of warranty, customers would need to bear repair cost.
3. Stop using immediately and contact your supplier if you found the E-Stop Splitter is overheating, damaged or other abnormal situation.
4. The warranty service is not including following situations: injury caused by accident or improperly use; the component isn’t from Lone Star Lasers; to modify product without any approval of Lone Star Lasers.

Maintenance:
1. Always make sure that the voltage of the outlet to which you are connecting this product is within the range stated on the decal or rear panel of the product.
2. Product is not designed for use outdoors in adverse weather conditions. To prevent risk of fire or shock, do not expose the product to rain or damp conditions for extended periods.
3. Always disconnect this product from the power source before cleaning it or servicing it.
4. Make sure the power cord is not crimped or damaged.
5. Never disconnect the power cord by pulling or any moving part. Always use the hanging / mounting bracket or the handles. Or tugging on the cord.
6. No service allowed by customer. There are no user serviceable parts inside the unit. Do not open the housing or attempt any repairs yourself. Service is only to be handled by the factory or authorized factory trained technicians.Shipping Policy:
Every laser projector and system sold by Lone Star Lasers, LLC is meticulously crafted to order and will be dispatched from a designated warehouse facility to the address you specify during the ordering process. This selection is based on the specifics of the system ordered, including make, model, and serial. Customers bear the responsibility for shipping expenses unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Services:
We utilize trusted carriers such as FedEx/TNT, DHL, UPS, Southwest Cargo or Cargo Partner for most shipments, tailored to your chosen delivery location and the dimensions of the items being transported.
Using Your Own Shipping Provider and Account:
Should you prefer to use your own shipping provider and account, we can facilitate this arrangement. Simply furnish us with your shipping account details during the ordering process or liaise with our shipping department (sales@lonestarlasers.com) to arrange pickup through your logistics provider.
Confirmation of Shipment:
Upon completion of production for your purchased laser systems, we will promptly furnish you with comprehensive shipping and tracking details via email, utilizing the address provided at the time of order placement.
Importation, Duties and Taxes:
All laser systems sold by Lone Star Lasers, LLC within the United States adhere to stringent US CDRH and FDA regulations.
For US clients receiving lasers from international warehouses: Upon export, you will receive corresponding CDRH and FDA documentation affirming compliance and certification, alongside an import ID form for customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes incurred during system importation into the US. For international clients: Systems will be shipped directly to the specified address, with customers assuming responsibility for any relevant customs duties and taxesEffective Date: 4/1/2024

Cancellation Period / Timeframe:
Customers may request a return and refund within 14 days of accepting their goods. Requests made beyond this period will be considered at the discretion of Lone Star Lasers, LLC. We may approve returns if we believe we can resell, reuse, or recover our investment in the products. A 25% restocking fee may apply, determined by Lone Star Lasers, LLC.
Payments and Deposits for Orders:
Payments and deposits made for orders are non-refundable once production begins. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Lone Star Lasers, LLC. A 25% restocking fee may apply if the request is approved.

Product Conditions for Refunds and Returns:
Returned items must be undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. Damaged items returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods:
Customers must notify Lone Star Lasers, LLC of damaged, defective, or incorrect goods within five business days of receipt. Documentation of the issue (e.g., photos, videos) must be provided. Once confirmed, we will coordinate the return or replacement of the goods.
Shipping and Packaging Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery and Shipping Charges:
Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable once items are received by the buyer.
Products Returned Exceeding Cancellation Period:
Returns, exchanges, or refund requests will not be accepted after 14 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
